Continuous Improvement Advisor @ DHL Global Forwarding at DHL Global Forwarding


Main Tasks:

  • Analyze and realize optimization potentials;
  • Pro-actively managing customer engagement on site level through close contact with project owners and key customer contacts;
  • Supervise data quality & accuracy;
  • Collaborates with carrier and other partners in the transportation chain to manage improvements, in close alignment with LLP/TSC customer team (in BE);
  • Oversees/ supports root cause and corrective action development and implementation of structural issues;
  • Leverages best practices with goal to improve customer/LLP processes leading to cost savings and efficiencies;
  • Provides coaching/ training to operations and customers, related to process improvements;
  • Drives projects e.g. process standardization


  • Minimum 5 years experience in logistics industry;
  • Analytical skills and practical insight;
  • Knowledge of operational management, quality & performance management and experience in change and project management;
  • Process design/ optimization/ analyst capabilities;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills across cultural boundaries;
  • Stakeholder management skills;
  • Fluent in English, German knowledge is a plus
