Your Role

(Noch) keine Erfahrung in der Logistik + Transportbranche? Kein Problem! Neben zahlreichen Jobs für erfahrene Logistiker bieten wir auch die Möglichkeit, das Logistikgeschäft von der Pike auf zu lernen. Wichtig ist uns vor allem, dass du die richtige Einstellung mitbringst.

Your Responsibilities

• After comprehensive training in our state-of-the-art 4PL Control Tower, you will immerse yourself in the exciting world of logistics and actively contribute to transporting essential goods to their destination.
• From day 1, you will be in lively contact with contacts around the world using our modern logistics systems to coordinate the flow of goods, find solutions together and give our customers the feeling that their goods are in good hands with Kuehne + Nagel.
• Together with your international team, you select the appropriate mode of transport (water, air, land) and take care of proactive communication with the customer (with the help of key figures and reports) in order to identify and correct deviations at an early stage.
• Your experienced team supervisor (m/f/d) has your back if you ever get stuck and will ensure that you quickly develop into a competent contact person and logistics expert. 

Your Skills and Experiences

• Completed training in the commercial field or career changer (m/f/d) with transferrable experience, e.g. in the service sector, the catering or hotel industry.
• Personality is very important to us: Your communication skills and your open, likeable nature make it easy for you to establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A healthy level of curiosity, willingness to learn and interest in the world of global logistics.
• As you will be dealing with contacts from all over the world, it is very important that you can communicate fluently in English (both verbally and in writing).
• If you also have a strong service orientation and team player qualities, we should get to know each other!
