As Customer Service officer at Overseas Distribution Company, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. You will handle the customer requests from A-Z and maintain the positive customer relationship by taking care about their orders.

- Maintain customer accounts by processing customer orders
- Follow up the full outbound process from order until final delivery at customer
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Managing daily customer orders and update our systems accordingly
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right systems
- Strong communication to customers and ODC colleagues
- Go the extra mile to engage customers



- Minimum bachelor degree.
- Knowledge of logistics and transport management
- Hands on mentality
- Ability to manage customer requests of all aspects
- Great written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in communication & organization
- Fluent in English
- Team player
