Xtra Harbour Select specialises in the supply chain, customs, shipping and forwarding. As we only work within these business units, we’ve obtained the experience to assist our clients in search of the perfect employee, while prioritising a personal approach!
In this new role you are managing a large department (BU Moving) in one of the largest markets where you are leading an existing management team that focuses on constantly improving our sales and service delivery supply units. You gained management experience in the moving industry or ar a related service industry.
An international move entails a smooth and more and more automated collaboration between many different internal and external parties across multiple countries. Ideally you have already gained management experience in this fascinating industry or a related service industry. This will allow you to quickly master the significant complexity in which we operate.
With your structured work approach and your focus on the relevant KPI’s you are continuously improving the results both in terms of profitability and customer satisfaction. Your analytical mind allows you to easily identify areas for improvement. To achieve sustainable progress, you are willing to dig deep into the processes and work on the root causes of the daily challenges. You will also prepare the annual budget and monitor the actual business performance. Besides managing the performance of the business, you will be managing projects and relations with our suppliers and customers.

Besides being a successful senior manager, we expect you to have a business degree (university or equivalent) and to be fluent in Dutch and English.
