Xtra Harbour Select specialises in the supply chain, customs, shipping and forwarding. As we only work within these business units, we’ve obtained the experience to assist our clients in search of the perfect employee, while prioritising a personal approach!

As a Sales executive, you will be selling our services to customers. You will be prospecting in combination with handling an existing customer portfolio. In this way you will achieve the set targets & be a key figure in our further growth.

Functieomschrijving

• Prospecting for new customers
• Manage & develop a customer portfolio in your region
• Follow up on passed on sales leads & discover new opportunities
• Giving information and advice to customers
• Follow up & make offers
• Contribute to the annual sales & marketing plan
• Onboarding of new customers
• Setting prices in consultation with the Sales Director
• Building and maintaining a professional network

Profiel

• You have at least 5 years of experience in sales within the Airfreight industry (Key Account, Business Development, sales hunter, …)
• You are a good communicator and customer oriented
• Achieving results is what motivates you
• You like to build a professional network and help our customers further with the delivery of our services
• You can think out of the box to propose the right tailor-made solution
• You are a real team player, working with your colleagues from operations, sales colleagues, management, etc.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
