Ben jij analytisch sterk en heb je een passie voor food procurement? Jouw rol als Aankoper binnen de voedingssector is cruciaal voor de optimale aanlevering en prijs-kwaliteitbalans van grondstoffen en ingredients. Na een intensief inwerktraject werk je samen met interne stakeholders en leveranciers om de beste deals te sluiten op basis van marktanalyses.
Je staat in voor het verzamelen van productinformatie, deelname aan beurzen, en onderhandelingen over prijzen, leveringen en kwaliteit. Na je inwerkperiode krijg je een eigen assortimentssegment toegewezen dat je zelfstandig beheert. Je analyseert marges, bestelt, volgt leveringen op, en bewaakt voorraadniveaus met het oog op supply chain-efficiëntie.
Profile Description : Algemene vereisten
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma in logistiek, food management, commercie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- 1–3 jaar aankoopervaring in een industriële, food of supply chain omgeving
- Uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden en een commercieel analytisch inzicht
- Vlot in Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt
- Vaardig in Microsoft Office, ervaring met ERP-systemen is een troef
- Zelfstandig, accuraat en communicatief sterk
- Voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur in een groeiend voedingsbedrijf
