1) WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A USER (RECRUITER OR CANDIDATE)

Whether you are a recruiter or a candidate, you are responsible for the content you enter onto the website www.tl-hub.be.

You are prohibited from using the website, directly or indirectly, to enter information, inquiries, job offers or requests that are illegal or in breach of public order or good morals.  Particularly strictly prohibited is all information, request for information, job offers or requests of sexual, vulgar, racist, discriminatory, pornographic, pedophile nature or which can disturb the peace of an individual or a group of individuals.

It is strictly prohibited to use the website to sollicit or offer employment that, directly or indirectly, is in breach of public order or good morals.

TL HUB reminds you that Belgian legislation prohibits all forms of discrimination in employment, in particular those linked to nationality, alleged race, skin colour, national or ethnic origin, disability, sexual orientation, age, religion or philosophical belief, current or future state of health, physical characteristics or property.
