TL HUB makes every effort to guarantee full respect of your privacy; that your information remains confidential and will only be used for the purposes described on the the TL HUB website and TL for the same ultimate goal: to optimize your career.

TL HUB commits to respecting and protecting personal data of its users in accordance with the Belgian law of December 8, 1992, on the protection of privacy, amended by the law of December 11, 1998. However, TL HUB cannot guarantee the same standards regarding the use of your data by its customers.

2.2 . WHICH DATA ARE NEEDED AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?

Any visitor of the website can browse the TL HUB website pages and view job offers without having to register.

If a visitor wishes to use TL HUB to help boost his or her career, TL HUB will need certain information to fulfill its mission.

This information is the following:

  • Personal characteristics (age, sex , marital status, ... )
  • Education and training
  • Occupation and employment

This information is collected to manage your HUB TL account (A) and to send you information (B).

When you create your account, you do this with two objectives:

  1. It allows you to move freely around on the TL HUB website with access to news, forums and network;
  2. Your account is your virtual resume. Your account contains certain personal data that you inserted yourself in your settings. It contain also the elements (specializations) that you marked in our segmentation tree for careers in the transportation and logistics sector.

This information will be processed by TL HUB to allow you to enjoy following services:

  • Job and email alerts: you will receive regular emails on available offers that match your profile. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time;
  • Recruiter database: our customers (advertisers and recruiters) – who are looking for specific profiles and having legally access to our database - can find your resume (with your personal data) by selecting criteria (segments) corresponding your profile.

My account "Community"

TL HUB is also a social network which is linked to the transport and logistics sector. Your general data will be visible to users who do a search from your name. You will be able to share more information by accepting a connection request, or by inviting another member who accepts your invitation.

Possibility to create an account that is invisible to recruiters

As to receive access to news, forums and TL HUB community without figuring on the database that is visible to TL HUB client recruiters, you can always change your status settings (settings/my TL HUB).

  • Your email address

In addition to Job Alerts, your email address may also be used by TL HUB to send you any information on new products, updates or changes in products and services, including the consultation and use of the TL HUB website.

Your personal data are kept for a potentially unlimited period. That being said, you can always deactivate your account as to no longer appear in our database.

Technology evolves and TL HUB might be led to gather and process personal data not included in this declaration. Should this be the case, TL HUB will notify you and you will be able to oppose to this modification.

Concerning products and services offered by TL HUB , the user may be required to enter into a contract with TL HUB regulating especially the way TL HUB collects and processes personal data. In such case, the instrument most favourable to TL HUB will apply.

To compile statistics, TL HUB may use anonymous data about the use of its website, such as URLs visited, time spent on pages, etc.

After you applied for a vacancie published by TL Hub and you have let your CV behind (word or PDF), you authorize TL Hub and the recruiters to offer you corresponding jobs to your skill. 

2.3. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROCESSING, HOW TO CONSULT AND RECTIFY DATA?

TL HUB is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

To this end, and in accordance with applicable regulations, TL HUB declared this processing with the The Commission for the Protection of Privacy (CPP) where TL HUB is registered under number VT005049868.
