Voor onze afdeling Logistiek & Supply Chain zoeken we een ervaren Account Manager - Business Development.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de behandeling van zowel import– als export dossiers van verschillende goederen voor diverse klanten.
- Je verzorgt de volledige logistieke flow van A-Z: je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van offertes, het voeren van onderhandelingen, het in orde maken van douane formaliteiten en facturatie.
- Je registreert, rapporteert en controleert alle klantgerelateerde activiteiten in ons systeem (we voorzien hiervoor de nodige opleiding).
- Je onderhoudt duurzame contacten met onze klanten en subcontractors en werkt nauw samen met onze business development manager en -integrator.
- In samenwerking met ondersteunende Tabaknatie departementen breng je de behoeften van de klant in kaart en giet je deze in projecten en procedures.
- Je rapporteert aan het Sales Management.
Profile Description :
We zoeken iemand die van nature commercieel aangelegd is en graag initiatief neemt. Onze ideale kandidaat vervult een uitgesproken trekkersrol binnen de onderneming. Je bent als persoon communicatief, resultaatgericht en kan prioriteiten stellen. Je kan werken in een dynamische omgeving en je kan multitasking maar je behoudt steeds een helikopterview.
Je beschikt ook over:
- +/- 2-3 jaar werkervaring en ervaring binnen forwarding en accountmanagement.
- Een hogere opleiding in een economische richting.
- Zeer goede kennis van Engels. Goede kennis van Frans is een plus.
- Professionele onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
