Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar gedreven account manager transport in een succesvolle multinational dat een leidende positie op de internationale markt inneemt. In de rol van account manager vervul je een uitdagende functie binnen het team, met volop mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke en professionele groei.
- Je volgt de contracten op van bestaande en nieuwe klanten.
- Je legt duurzame contacten met potentiële klanten en ondersteunt de Sales Manager Transport in het benaderen van de klanten.
- Je zoekt actief naar subcontractors en vraagt prijzen op.
- Je bereidt de klantenbezoeken mee voor en zorgt daarbij voor een correcte opvolging.
- Je bereidt offertes voor en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige registratie ervan.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en opvolgen van de facturatie.
- Je vertaalt klantenbehoeften naar projecten en procedures en biedt oplossingen voor vragen en problemen.
- Je controleert de aanwezige dienstverlening aan de hand van rapportage en controlelijsten.
- Je rapporteert aan de Sales Manager Transport.

Je beschikt ook over:
- Een logistieke opleiding of ervaring in de logistieke sector.
- +/- 2-3 jaar werkervaring.
- Goede kennis van MS Office en Visio.
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans en Duits is een pluspunt.
