Voor ons team logistiek & distributie zoeken we: Logistics Operations Specialist Export
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
• Verwerken en opvolgen van non-hazardous (non-DG) exportzendingen
• Tracken van zendingen voor specifieke klantaccounts en proactief communiceren over de status
• Opstellen en registreren van douanedocumenten via nationale systemen
• Aanmaken en beheren van dossiers in het SAP-systeem
• Verzenden van pick-up instructies naar transportpartners
• Controleren en documenteren van boekingsbevestigingen en container releases bij rederijen
• Onderhouden van professionele relaties met leveranciers (rederijen, transporteurs, …)
• Opvolgen van rapporteringen en KPI’s volgens bedrijfsstandaarden
• Identificeren van optimalisaties in processen en bijdragen aan efficiëntieverbeteringen
• Naleven van interne procedures en externe regelgeving (compliance)
Jouw ideale achtergrond:
• Opleiding in logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
• Ervaring of basiskennis van exportdocumentatie is een plus
• Vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels
• Goede computerkennis (ervaring met ERP zoals SAP is een plus)
• Sterk organisatorisch en nauwkeurig
• Proactief, communicatief en oplossingsgericht
• Teamplayer met gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid en structuur
