Air export agent:
Als Air Export Agent ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige organisatie en administratieve opvolging van internationale exportzendingen via luchtvracht. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen tijdig, correct en volgens de internationale regelgeving worden verzonden. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, luchtvaartmaatschappijen, transporteurs en buitenlandse partners en bewaakt het volledige exportproces van A tot Z.
Takenpakket:
- Coördineren en opvolgen van internationale luchtvrachtzendingen
- Correct verwerken van gegevens en exportdocumentatie
- Track & trace van exportdossiers en communicatie met klanten en buitenlandse partners
- Organiseren van zendingen volgens interne procedures en deadlines
- Facturatie en administratieve opvolging verzorgen
- Contact onderhouden met airlines, transporteurs en leveranciers
- Toezien op naleving van douane- en veiligheidsvoorschriften
- Meedenken over efficiëntere werkprocessen
vereisten:
- Eerste ervaring binnen logistiek, export of luchtvracht is een plus
- Kennis van luchtvrachtdocumentatie is een meerwaarde
- Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
- Proactief, georganiseerd en nauwkeurig
- Goede kennis van MS Office (Excel, Word en PowerPoint)
- IATA-certificaat is een troef
- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
- Gerechtigd om te werken in België
