• Proactief op de hoogte blijven van lopende zendingen en klanten hierover informeren.
• Klanten adviseren over prijsaanvragen en andere operationele vragen.
• Klachten van klanten grondig afhandelen of doorverwijzen naar het juiste departement.
• Nauw samenwerken met het operations department voor de afhandeling van orders.
• Leads doorgeven aan het sales departement.

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

• Jaren ervaring: Eerste administratieve werkervaring in de logistieke sector.
• Talenkennis: Goede tot perfecte beheersing van Nederlands, Engels en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Relevante kennis: Ervaring met Microsoft Office en Outlook; kritische blik en zin voor innovatieve verbeteringen.
• Persoonlijkheid: Zelfstandig, positief ingesteld, stressbestendig en sterk in communicatie.
