Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Air Freight Customer Service Specialist Export Life Science in Machelen, Vlaams-Brabant. Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor specifiek toegewezen klanten in de farma- en healthcaresector ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen van zendingen en het opbouwen van een tijdslijn samen met de klant.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Verzorging van dagelijkse contacten met klanten en dealers via diverse communicatiemiddelen.
- Boeken van luchtvrachtzendingen via airlines of gateway.
- Coördineren van luchtvrachtzendingen van start tot aan de POD (proof of delivery).
- Voorbereiden van documenten ter certificatie/legalisatie.
- Selecteren van de beste verzendmethode voor klanten.
- Meewerken aan het inzamelen van uitstaande betalingen en het afleveren van klantgerichte dienstverlening.
Jouw ideale achtergrond:
- Opleidingsachtergrond: Een eerste ervaring binnen de forwarding.
- Talenkennis: Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.
- Persoonlijkheid: Positief ingesteld, stressbestendig, en communicatief sterk.
- Relevante kennis: Uitgebreide computerkennis en klantgerichte vaardigheden.
