Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Assistent-expediteur. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig onderhouden van contact met klanten, agenten en vervoerders en zorg je voor een correcte afhandeling van transporten.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Zelfstandig contact onderhouden met klanten, agenten en vervoerders.
- Orderregistratie en opmaak van transportdocumenten.
- Foutloos invoeren van gegevens in het transportbeheerssysteem Cargo Swift.
- Zendingen inplannen op vaste vertrekken en/of in bevrachting.
- Zorg dragen voor een correcte afhandeling van bijbehorende documenten (zoals los- en laaddocumenten, CMR-documenten, etc.).
- Klanten adviseren met betrekking tot de uitvoering van het transport en opvolgen van zendingen tot aan de eindlevering.
Profile Description :
Jouw ideale achtergrond:
- Opleidingsachtergrond: Beperkte ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie of een opleiding in Logistiek Management.
- Talenkennis: Grondige kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Persoonlijkheid: Communicatief, accuraat, commercieel en oplossingsgericht; klantgericht en flexibel ingesteld.
- Ambitie: Ambitieus en geïnteresseerd om door te groeien als expediteur.
- Relevante kennis: Kennis van incoterms en douaneformaliteiten is een pluspunt.
