Voor ons supply chain en logistiek departement zoeken we vandaag een baanvrachtexpediteur.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Zelfstandig onderhouden van contact met klanten, agenten en vervoerders.
- Orderregistratie en opmaak transportdocumenten.
- Foutloos invoeren van gegevens in het transportbeheerssysteem Cargo Swift.
- Zendingen inplannen op onze vaste vertrekken en / of in bevrachting.
- Zorg dragen voor een correcte afhandeling van bijbehorende documenten (los- en laaddocumenten - CMR document - ...).
- Adviseren van klanten met betrekking tot de uitvoering van het transport.
- Opvolgen van de zendingen tot eindlevering.
Je ideale achtergrond:
- Je hebt een beperkte ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie of volgde een opleiding Logistiek Management.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van het Nederlands en Frans. Engels is een plus.
- Je bent communicatief, accuraat, commercieel en oplossingsgericht.
- Je bent klantgericht en flexibel ingesteld.
- Je bent ambitieus en geïnteresseerd om door te groeien als expediteur.
- Kennis incoterms - douaneformaliteiten is een pluspunt.
