Als Back Office Sales Medewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve en commerciële ondersteuning van klanten en dealers binnen de Franstalige markt. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, volgt bestellingen nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking in het systeem.
Je stemt levertermijnen af, beheert klantendossiers en werkt nauw samen met collega’s van verkoop, logistiek en administratie. Dankzij jouw sterke talenkennis en klantgerichte aanpak zorg je voor een vlotte en professionele service. Je draagt bij aan het optimaliseren van de interne processen en ondersteunt het salesteam in hun dagelijkse werking.
Je functie combineert nauwkeurigheid, klantgerichtheid en een sterke organisatorische ingesteldheid in een technische, internationale omgeving.
Profile Description : Algemene vereisten
- Bachelor in een commerciële of administratieve richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Vloeiende kennis van het Frans, goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels
- Ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst of klantendienstfunctie is een plus
- Communicatief sterk, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig
- Technische affiniteit is een troef
- Vertrouwd met ERP-systemen en MS Office
- Teamspeler met zin voor initiatief
