Voor onze afdeling Logistiek & Supply Chain zoeken we een ervaren Business Development Manager.

Onze klant, international actief in de logistiek met meerdere warehousesite's, zoekt een gedreven Business Development Manager om het team te versterken wegens sterke groei.

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, ontwikkelen en implementeren van commerciële strategieën om de bedrijfsgroei verder te versterken.
• Je treedt op als trusted advisor aangaande commerciële, complexe vraagstukken zodat er een win-win situatie ontstaat voor beide partijen.
• Je voert marktanalyses uit om nieuwe opportuniteiten en trends te identificeren.
• Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met bestaande klanten en leveranciers, en ontwikkelt tevens nieuwe zakenrelaties.
• Je werkt samen met je gedreven team om leads te genereren en deze om te zetten in concrete samenwerkingen.
• Je doet de administratieve follow-up omtrent de spoc's, tenders en afsluit van commerciële contracten.
• Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de sales manager, die de overkoepelende verantwoordelijkheid heeft over het commerciële departement.

Je ideale achtergrond:

• Je beschikt over een bachelor of master diploma in een economische of logistieke richting.
• Je hebt al commerciële ervaring binnen de logistieke wereld en krijgt energie van het openbreken van nieuwe accounts.
• Je bent een geboren probleemoplosser.
• Je bent leergierig, pro-actief en resultaatsgericht.
• Je bent een kei in plannen en organiseren en kan goed om met chaotische situaties.
• Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands/Engels, Frans is een enorm pluspunt.
