Voor onze afdeling Logistiek & Supply Chain zoeken we een ervaren Business Development Manager Airfreight
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Uitbouwen van een kwalitatieve klantenportefeuille dmv actieve prospectie
- Beheren en uitdiepen van bestaande klantenrelaties binnen een bepaalde regio
- Behoefteanalyse, adviesverlening, uitwerken en opvolgen van voorstellen op maat
- Contractonderhandeling
- Het delen van marktinformatie.
- Project- en opvolging
- Rapporteren van de sales resultaten aan het management
- Deelnemen aan beurzen en sectorgebonden initiatieven
- Zowel face-to-face bezoeken aan prospecten als via videomeetings (Teams ed)
- Geen people management
- Je krijgt ondersteuning van het inside sales team.
Je ideale achtergrond:
- Bacheloropleiding management of logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Communicatief en onderhandelingsvaardig.
- Proactief, autonoom en resultaatgericht.
- Goede taalbeheersing: Nederlands en Engels zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, Frans goede basis
- Goede computervaardigheden (Microsoft Office applicaties)
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een ‘Forwarding’ Airfreight omgeving, bij voorkeur in een commerciële functie
- Resultaatgericht & doorzetter
- Diplomatisch
- Klantgericht.
- Geen “gladde verkoper” maar een waardevolle gesprekspartner zijn in een B-to-B omgeving die de juiste oplossingen en service kan aanbieden.
