Als Claims Specialist Logistics ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt bij schadeclaims binnen internationaal transport. Je combineert onderzoek, communicatie en dossierbeheer om elk dossier correct en efficiënt af te handelen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Dossierbeheer: Beheren van schadeclaims van A tot Z en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
• Analyse: Onderzoeken van oorzaken en in kaart brengen van de financiële impact van schadegevallen.
• Stakeholdermanagement: Afstemmen met klanten, verzekeraars, vervoerders en juridische partners.
• Documentatie & deadlines: Zorgen voor volledige en correcte dossieropbouw en bewaken van termijnen.
• Advies & preventie: Adviseren rond schadepreventie en meedenken over procesverbeteringen.
• Regelgeving: Opvolgen van evoluties in wet- en regelgeving binnen transport en logistiek.

Wie ben jij

• Opleiding & ervaring: Bachelor in Logistiek, Recht of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in claims of binnen de transport- en logistieke sector.
• Kennis: Inzicht in transportwetgeving en verzekeringsprocedures is een pluspunt.
• Communicatie: Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
• Persoonlijkheid: Stressbestendig, proactief en sterk in het onderhouden van professionele contacten.
• Analytisch & nauwkeurig: Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
