- Je ben het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant (veelal via mail)
- Je volgt vastgestelde procedures en richtlijnen (SOP’s beschikbaar in eigen database)
- Je controleert, verstuurt en keurt Shipping documenten goed
- Je verifieert en registreert nauwkeurig douanedocumenten
- Je coördineert en organiseert voortransporten + onderhoudt nauw contact met transportbedrijven om een efficiënte en tijdige levering te garanderen
- Bij problemen of afwijkingen bij je een echte troubleshooter en ga je op zoek naar de best mogelijke oplossing steeds in nauwe samenwerking met de klant.
- Je bent stressbestendig en kunt omgaan met deadlines en drukke situaties
- Je volgt de orders op van A tot Z en leidt het proces in goede banen.
- Je zorgt voor adequate rapportage bij afwerkingen of escalaties
Profile Description :
- Een logistieke opleiding of gelijkwaardige kennis en vaardigheden door relevante werkervaring is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste.
- Diploma middelbaar onderwijs
- Je hebt oog voor detail & werkt zeer nauwkeurig
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent een echte problemsolver.
- Je hebt een klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
- Je kan vlot met de PC en een snelle leerling als het aankomt op computerprogramma’s
- Je hebt een goede talenkennis?NL/ENG, zowel gesproken als geschreven. Kennis Duits is een pluspunt
