Als Customer Service Medewerker Logistiek fungeer je als een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, het operationele team en externe partners.

• Beheer van klantendossiers: Je beheert zelfstandig de dossiers van klanten binnen jouw portefeuille en fungeert als hun eerste aanspreekpunt.
• Ondersteuning en opvolging: Je onderhoudt contacten met bestaande klanten en ondersteunt de Area Sales Managers bij het genereren van nieuwe orders.
• Gegevensbeheer in SAP: Je zorgt ervoor dat klant-, order- en transportgerelateerde gegevens altijd actueel zijn in het SAP-systeem.
• Orderverwerking: Je verwerkt orders in SAP en coördineert met productieplanning en het magazijn om tijdige leveringen te garanderen.
• Transportorganisatie: Je organiseert wereldwijd transport en bewaakt de voortgang van leveringen.
• Documentafhandeling: Je handelt douane-, handels- en transportdocumenten af volgens de eisen van Letters of Credit (L/C) en de geldende regelgeving op de bestemming.
• Teamwerk: Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team waarin je gemakkelijk kunt invallen voor collega’s en gezamenlijk verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor de dienstverlening.

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

• Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een secundair of hoger diploma in een relevante opleiding, zoals logistiek, supply chain of productie.
• Je hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen, in het bijzonder SAP S/4HANA.
• Kennis van het opstellen van douaneaangiftes (bijvoorbeeld via Stream-software) en incoterms is een pluspunt.
• Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, specifiek met customer service en het logistiek beheer van internationale transporten, inclusief exportdocumentatie.
• Je geniet van een afwisselende functie waarin customer service, administratieve taken en samenwerking met het operationele team samenkomen.
• Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en beschikt over uitstekende sociale vaardigheden.
