Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Customs Operations Analyst.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Analyseren van logistieke en douaneprocessen met betrekking tot invoer-, doorvoer- en uitvoeractiviteiten, inclusief de goederenstroom en operationele activiteiten in het tankpark.
• Vaststellen van de juiste douaneprocedures op basis van gedetailleerde analyses.
• Aanmaken van dossiers door ontvangen gegevens nauwkeurig te registreren in het softwaresysteem.
• Controleren van de juistheid van verstrekte gegevens, douanecodes en -tarieven, en zorgen voor correcte documentatie voor douaneaangiftes.
• Onderhouden van nauw contact met operationele medewerkers, klanten en douanediensten om informatie uit te wisselen en douaneverrichtingen op te volgen.

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

• Je hebt een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een logistieke, maritieme of douane-gerelateerde richting.
• Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels vloeiend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van Frans of andere talen is een pluspunt.
• Je hebt een sterk analytisch denkvermogen en kunt nauwkeurig werken met douaneprocedures en wettelijke voorschriften.
• Je bent ervaren in het gebruik van diverse softwareapplicaties voor het beheer van logistieke en douaneprocessen.
• Dynamisch, met een proactieve en initiatiefrijke houding, en in staat om je werkritme aan te passen aan wisselende taken.
• Je bent sociaal, communicatief sterk en hebt een collegiale ingesteldheid, waardoor je goed functioneert in teamverband.
