Ben jij een logistieke topper die graag het hele proces van A tot Z in handen heeft? Als Dossierbeheerder Import-Export houd jij alles draaiende, van terminal tot factuur, en zorg je dat zowel dossiers als klanten altijd op rolletjes lopen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Dossierbeheer: Opstarten, opvolgen en afronden van import- en exportdossiers voor je klantenportefeuille.
• Stakeholdermanagement: Afstemmen met rederijen, transporteurs, douaneafdeling, magazijnmedewerkers en leveranciers.
• Transport & logistiek: Coördineren van opslag, overslag en transport via vrachtwagen, barge of andere modaliteiten.
• Documentatie: Voorzien van alle noodzakelijke documenten zoals BL’s, paklijsten, magazijninstructies en e-portal updates.
• Facturatie: Afronden van dossiers inclusief correcte facturatie van geleverde diensten.
• Aanpassingsvermogen: Werkwijze aanpassen per type goederen zoals soft commodities, staal, chemicaliën, hout, enz.
• Ondersteuning Customs: Administratieve ondersteuning bieden bij douaneprocessen indien nodig.

Wie ben jij:

• Opleiding & ervaring: Bachelor in Logistiek Management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring; 5–10 jaar ervaring in maritieme/logistieke sector (ervaring met breakbulk is een plus).
• Administratief & software: Sterke administratieve skills, kennis van incoterms en vertrouwd met MS Office en bedrijfssoftware (OLS).
• Talen: Uitstekend Nederlands, praktische kennis van Engels en Frans.
• Persoonlijkheid: Klantgericht, communicatief, gedreven, ondernemend en organisatorisch sterk.
• Planning & prioriteiten: Vlot prioriteiten stellen en deadlines halen.
• Bewustzijn: Milieu- en veiligheidsbewust.
