Als Allround Douane Declarant in de regio Kortrijk ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige en correcte afhandeling van douaneaangiften en compliance-processen. Je vormt een schakel tussen klanten, interne teams en douaneautoriteiten, waarbij je moeiteloos schakelt tussen verschillende dossiers en verantwoordelijkheden.

• Opstellen, controleren en indienen van douanedocumentatie voor import en export.
• Zorgdragen voor naleving van de actuele douane- en regelgeving volgens nationale en internationale kaders.
• Onderhouden van contacten met de douane en andere relevante instanties voor een vlotte afhandeling van processen.
• Adviseren over optimale in- en uitvoerroutes met aandacht voor compliance en efficiëntie.
• Beheren van interne administraties en opvolgen van dossiers rond compliance kwesties.

In deze functie werk je voornamelijk in het Nederlands, heb je dagelijks contact in het Engels en kan je op goed niveau Frans communiceren met externe partners.

• Uitstekende communicatie: Je drukt je helder uit in het Nederlands en Engels. Daarnaast kan je je op een solide manier behelpen in het Frans.
• Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel: Je neemt eigenaarschap op over je werk en beseft het belang van een correcte en integere afhandeling van douanedocumenten.
• Leergierig en nieuwsgierig: Je bent steeds bereid je kennis bij te schaven en volgt nauwgezet de ontwikkelingen binnen de wereld van douanewetgeving en logistiek op.

Bij voorkeur hebben kandidaten ervaring met douaneformaliteiten en –documentatie, maar we waarderen vooral een open houding, aanpassingsvermogen en het vermogen om kwaliteitsvol werk af te leveren binnen deadlines.
