Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele en administratieve opvolging van luchtvrachtexportzendingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct, tijdig en volgens de geldende procedures worden afgehandeld en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, partners en interne diensten. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen het airfreight-team en draagt actief bij aan een vlotte en efficiënte werking.
• Volledige opvolging van air export dossiers van A tot Z
• Correcte en tijdige input van data in operationele systemen
• Track & trace van zendingen en rapportering
• Dagelijks werken met operationele overzichten en systemen
• Communicatie van aankomst- en statusmeldingen naar klanten en internationale partners
• Opmaak en controle van klant- en leveranciersfacturatie
• Actief klantencontact en opvolging van internationale zendingen
• Samenwerking met luchtvaartmaatschappijen, transporteurs en andere partners
• Naleving van interne procedures en externe wet- en regelgeving
• Actieve bijdrage aan procesverbetering en operationele efficiëntie
• Escaleren van operationele issues waar nodig
• Tijdige en professionele communicatie met buitenlandse kantoren
Jouw ideale achtergrond
Je bent een nauwkeurig en servicegericht logistiek profiel met interesse in luchtvracht en internationale expeditie. Je voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische omgeving waar deadlines, communicatie en structuur centraal staan.
• Eerste ervaring binnen expeditie, luchtvracht of logistiek (of sterke motivatie om dit te leren)
• Goede kennis van administratieve en operationele processen
• Vlotte communicatie in het Engels (andere talen zijn een plus)
• Goede computerkennis (o.a. Excel, Word en logistieke systemen)
• Sterk organisatorisch en proactief ingesteld
• Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
• Teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidszin
