Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en administratieve opvolging van fumigatieactiviteiten binnen een maritieme en breakbulk omgeving. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en correcte documentatie van behandelingen en staat in nauw contact met interne teams, klanten en externe partners. Je combineert operationeel inzicht met een sterke administratieve opvolging en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische havenomgeving.

• Coördineren en opvolgen van fumigatieactiviteiten op terminal en in magazijnomgevingen
• Correcte administratieve verwerking van dossiers, certificaten en rapporteringen
• Communiceren met klanten, operationele teams en externe partners
• Waken over veiligheidsvoorschriften en compliance binnen de fumigatieprocessen
• Snel schakelen bij planningswijzigingen en operationele uitdagingen

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

Je hebt reeds relevante ervaring binnen fumigatie in een maritieme of breakbulk context en voelt je thuis in een operationele logistieke omgeving. Je bent communicatief sterk, administratief nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht in stressvolle situaties.

• Minimaal 2–3 jaar ervaring met fumigatie binnen maritieme/breakbulk sector
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
• Administratief zeer sterk en gestructureerd
• Flexibele mindset en stressbestendig
• Oog voor detail en veiligheid
