Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
In deze functie ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de dagelijkse logistieke werking. Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers administratief correct worden opgevolgd en dat de operationele flow vlot blijft verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen, het magazijn en internationale klanten, waarbij je structuur, communicatie en nauwkeurigheid combineert.
• Je verwerkt en volgt importdossiers administratief en operationeel op
• Je staat in voor de douaneopvolging van magazijndossiers
• Je bewaakt transporten en communiceert proactief met interne en externe partners
• Je verwerkt, beheert en controleert data in Excel
• Je onderhoudt contact met internationale klanten, voornamelijk in het Engels
• Je werkt nauw samen met het magazijnteam om dossiers efficiënt te laten verlopen
• Je denkt oplossingsgericht mee wanneer er afwijkingen of vertragingen optreden
Jouw ideale achtergrond:
Je bent administratief sterk, communicatief en hebt interesse in internationale logistiek. Ervaring binnen expeditie of logistieke administratie is een sterke troef, maar vooral je nauwkeurigheid, leergierigheid en organisatietalent maken het verschil.
• Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen expeditie, transport of logistieke administratie
• Een opleiding in een logistieke richting is mooi meegenomen
• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels; bijkomende talen zijn een pluspunt
• Je werkt vlot met Excel en kan nauwkeurig data verwerken
• Je bent gestructureerd, organisatorisch sterk en administratief correct
• Je denkt proactief, oplossingsgericht en klantgericht
• Je blijft rustig in een dynamische omgeving en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken
