Ben jij commercieel ingesteld en heb je interesse in logistiek, transport en supply chain? Als Inside Sales medewerker logistiek in Antwerpen ondersteun je klanten en het sales team met transportoplossingen, offertes en klantadvies. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met logistieke kennis om klanten de beste oplossing te bieden.
Takenpakket & verantwoordelijkheden
- Opvolgen van klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail en CRM-systemen
- Opstellen van offertes voor transport- en logistieke oplossingen
- Adviseren van klanten over transport, logistiek en supply chain mogelijkheden
- Samenwerken met operationele teams om transportoplossingen correct uit te voeren
- Onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties binnen logistiek en transport
- Rapporteren en analyseren van klantinformatie en commerciële opportuniteiten
- Ondersteunen bij grote of complexe logistieke klanttrajecten
Wie ben jij?
- Opleiding in logistiek, supply chain, commercie of internationale handel, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Interesse of ervaring in inside sales, logistiek of transportsector
- Sterk in klantcommunicatie, commercieel advies en relatiebeheer
- Ervaring met CRM-systemen, offertes en klantopvolging is een plus
- Commercieel en oplossingsgericht met oog voor logistieke haalbaarheid
- Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd bij administratie en rapportage
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; Frans of Duits is een plus in internationale logistiek

- Salaris: €2800 – €4500 afhankelijk van ervaring
