Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Inside Sales Medewerker. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inkomende offerts, klantencontact en prijsnegotiatie.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je behandelt en beantwoordt de "on the spot" prijsaanvragen voor de afdeling wegtransport
- Je staat in voor de opvolging van de "on the spot" prijsoffertes
- Je registreert de boekingen en bezorgt ze aan de operationele afdeling
- Je onderhoudt de commerciële contacten met onze bestaande klanten
- Je analyseert de scoringspercentages van onze prijsoffertes en reikt voorstellen aan ter optimalisatie.
- Je rapporteert aan de Sales Coordinator
Profile Description :
Jouw ideale achtergrond:
- Je bent administratief sterk
- Je bent in staat om je eigen werk te organiseren en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en functioneert goed binnen een dynamische en drukke omgeving.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands - Frans en Engels
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een 2-tal jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je beheerst het Office pakket, voornamelijk Excel.
