Als Junior Accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhouding van A tot Z, inclusief de maand- en kwartaalafsluiting binnen de richtlijnen van de moedermaatschappij. Je stelt de jaarrekening op en verleent ondersteuning bij financiële audits. Je verzorgt de maandelijkse BTW-aangiftes, intracommunautaire aangiftes en BTW-listings in overeenstemming met de laatste EU-richtlijnen. Daarnaast bereid je de vennootschapsbelasting voor en bied je ondersteuning bij fiscale controles.
- Ondersteunen van het Shared Service Center in Riga bij de verwerking en betaling van leveranciersfacturen.
- Actief meewerken binnen het accounting team en coördineren van accountingvraagstukken met andere afdelingen.
- Bijdragen aan de transitie van het huidige ERP-pakket naar SAP.
- Ondersteunen bij klachtenopvolging en uitvoeren van diverse ad-hoc taken.
- Rapporteren aan de Senior Accountant.
Profile Description :
Wij zoeken een kandidaat met een Bachelor Accountancy en Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Een eerste werkervaring binnen accounting is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. U blinkt uit in het gebruik van accounting software, waaronder SAP ERP, en bent vlot met Excel en diverse rapporteringstools.
- Grondige kennis van de Nederlandse taal, gecombineerd met een goede professionele kennis van het Engels en een basiskennis Frans.
- Georganiseerd en detailgericht: u werkt nauwkeurig, overzichtelijk en met oog voor cijfers.
- Analytisch vermogen en vertrouwd met strikte deadlines, bijvoorbeeld bij maand- of jaarafsluitingen.
- Teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt, maar evenzeer zelfstandig initiatief neemt.
- Hands-on en proactief ingesteld – u grijpt kansen om verbeteringen te initiëren en werkt deze planmatig uit.
- Expertise in BTW-compliance op basis van de Europese richtlijnen, aangevuld met een basiskennis van vennootschapsbelasting en auditprocessen.
