Ben jij nauwkeurig, klantgericht en klaar om je carrière in douane & logistiek verder uit te bouwen? Als Junior Douanedeclarant verwerk je import-, export- en transitdossiers en zorg je dat alles correct verloopt volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Douaneaangiften: Behandelen van import-, export- en transitdossiers.
• Regelgeving & documentatie: Wet- en regelgeving nauwgezet opvolgen en alle documenten correct verwerken.
• Dossierbeheer: Opstellen van instructies en aanbieden van aangiften bij de douane.
• Administratie: Alle administratie up-to-date houden in het systeem.
• Klantenadvies: Klanten adviseren over douaneprocessen en correcte procedures.
• Permanentiedienst: Meewerken in een 24/7 dienstregeling volgens planning.

Wie ben jij

• Opleiding & ervaring: Graduaat of bachelor in Logistiek of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen douane of internationale handel.
• Kennis: Bekend met PLDA, NCTS, invoer/uitvoer/transit en opslag.
• Administratief & nauwkeurig: Sterke administratieve skills, accuraat en stressbestendig.
• Zelfstandig & klantgericht: Je werkt zelfstandig en denkt mee vanuit de klantbehoefte.
• Talenkennis: Vlot Nederlands en Engels; goede kennis van Frans.
• Flexibel & leergierig: Kan snel inwerken in complexere dossiers en bereid om in shiften te werken.

Professionele vaardigheden:

• Transportdossiers beheren en opvolgen
• Voorstellen van preventieve of corrigerende oplossingen
• Documenten voor internationaal goederenverkeer opstellen
• Informatie verstrekken aan klanten
• Transportdocumenten correct opstellen

Wat mag je verwachten

• Contract & verloning: Vast contract (38u/week) met een marktconform salaris van €2.800 – €3.500 bruto/maand afhankelijk van ervaring.
