Als Junior Project Manager Logistics & Operations speel je een centrale rol bij het implementeren van logistieke en operationele verbetertrajecten binnen een grote retailorganisatie in Vlaams-Brabant. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen en coördineren van projecten rond procesoptimalisatie, automatisering en supply chain-efficiëntie.
Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen zoals logistiek, e-commerce, IT en sales. Je vertaalt projectdoelstellingen naar duidelijke plannen van aanpak en zorgt voor een vlotte uitvoering. Dankzij je analytisch inzicht en gestructureerde aanpak breng je lopende projecten tot een goed einde. Je rapporteert de voortgang en detecteert actief nieuwe opportuniteiten binnen de logistieke keten.
Een uitstekende startersfunctie voor wie ambitie heeft in operations & projectmanagement, en impact wil maken in een dynamische omgeving.
Profile Description : Algemene vereisten
- Bachelor of master in logistiek, supply chain, bedrijfsorganisatie of projectmanagement
- Eerste ervaring of stage in projectwerking of logistieke context is een troef
- Analytisch sterk, oplossingsgericht en communicatief vaardig
- Interesse in supply chain, retailprocessen en automatisatie
- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en neemt initiatief
- Je kan vlot overweg met Excel, PowerPoint en eventueel ERP-tools
- Uitdagende startersrol in een gevestigde organisatie met focus op innovatie
