Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenAls Logistics Claim Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige juridische en commerciële afhandeling van schadeclaims die voortkomen uit transporten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten, verzekeraars als interne afdelingen.
- Beheren van schadeclaims vanaf ontvangst tot afhandeling.
- Analyseren van de oorzaak en omvang van schadeclaims.
- Onderhouden van contact met klanten, verzekeringsmaatschappijen, vervoerders en juridische adviseurs.
- Verzorgen van de benodigde documentatie en opvolgen van deadlines.
- Advies geven over schadepreventie en verbeteringsprocessen.
- Opstellen van rapportages en statistieken met betrekking tot claims.
- Blijven up-to-date met relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen transport en logistiek.
Profile Description : Wat wij zoeken
- Bachelor in Logistiek, Recht, of een gelijkwaardige opleiding/ervaring.
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de logistieke sector.
- Kennis van transportwetgeving en verzekeringsprocedures is een plus.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus).
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail.
- Stressbestendig, proactief en klantgericht.
