Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Loketbediende.
In deze functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en klanten, en zorg je voor een efficiënte afhandeling van administratieve processen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ontvangen en te woord staan van chauffeurs aan het loket.
- Controleren en verwerken van transport- en vrachtgegevens.
- Behandelen van douanedocumenten en CMR's.
- Coördineren van binnenkomende en uitgaande goederen met de logistieke afdeling.
- Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige administratieve afhandeling.
Profile Description :
Jouw ideale achtergrond:
- Je hebt ervaring in administratie, bij voorkeur binnen een logistieke omgeving.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans; Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en houdt overzicht in drukke situaties.
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen en MS Office is een troef.
