Manager Logistiek – Regio Harelbeke

Job Description :
Als Manager Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt aanleveren van machines, transportmiddelen en personeel aan diverse werven. Je optimaliseert de planning van materieel en personeel, werkt nauw samen met HR en regelt het transport van materieel van en naar werven, evenals het beheer van producten en afvalstromen tussen werven en depots, met een focus op duurzaamheid.
Je beheert de 24/7 permanentiedienst en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze coördinatie en bereikbaarheid binnen het team. Daarnaast huur je onderaannemers en externe transporteurs in, waarbij je contractvoorwaarden en sociale verplichtingen naleeft. Je werkt samen met ICT voor een vlotte informatievoorziening en implementeert monitoringstools om prestaties te verbeteren en technische problemen tijdig te detecteren. Je rapporteert via KPI’s aan de COO en bent onderdeel van het kernteam 'Service en Logistics'.
Profile Description : Algemene vereisten
- Masterdiploma in logistiek management, supply chain, bedrijfsbeheer of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Diploma van Vervoersmanager of bereidheid dit te behalen
- Relevante ervaring in een complexe logistieke en transportomgeving
- Ervaring met people-management en samenwerking met logistieke medewerkers, machinisten en chauffeurs
- Affiniteit met de bouwsector
- Creatief, oplossingsgericht met snel beslissingsvermogen
- Digitale geletterdheid en focus op datagedreven beslissingen
- Familiale werksfeer binnen een collegiaal en dynamisch team
- Deelname aan teambuildings, sportevents en andere sociale activiteiten
