Ocean export lead agent:
Als Ocean Export Lead Agent ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en opvolgen van internationale zeevrachtzendingen, inclusief klantcontact, exportdocumentatie en het verzekeren van een vlotte levering volgens planning en douaneregels.
Taken:
- Ondersteunen van de Manager en Supervisor binnen de Ocean Export afdeling
- Coördineren en opvolgen van internationale zeevrachtzendingen
- Verdelen van de werklast binnen het team om een vlotte werking te garanderen
- Begeleiden, ondersteunen en coachen van teamleden
- Opleiden en opvolgen van nieuwe medewerkers volgens bedrijfsstandaarden
- Mee toezien op de trainingsdoelstellingen van het team
- Communiceren van afdelingsdoelen en verwachtingen om betrokkenheid en verantwoordelijkheid te stimuleren
- Zorgen voor een efficiënte dienstverlening en hoge klanttevredenheid
Vereiste:
- Minstens 2 à 3 jaar ervaring binnen Ocean Export
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Stressbestendig en in staat om onder druk te werken
- Flexibel en snel kunnen inspelen op veranderingen
- Oog voor detail en nauwkeurige werkhouding
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Procesgericht en efficiënt kunnen werken
