Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar gedreven Operationeel Bediende Spoorafdeling voor een vooraanstaand bedrijf in de regio Zeebrugge.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Registreren van gegevens van aankomende en vertrekkende treinen in de planning en het maken van boekingen.
- Werken met verschillende spoorwegsystemen en opstellen van vrachtbrieven.
- Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten, operators en de werkleiding.
Jouw ideale achtergrond:
- Ervaring in administratie, customer service of planning.
- Teamspeler die ook initiatief durft te nemen.
- Administratief nauwkeurig en goed presterend onder druk.
- Bereidheid om met verschillende programma’s te werken.
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; basiskennis van Frans en Duits is een pluspunt.
- Vlot in het gebruik van het MS Office-pakket, inclusief Excel, Word en Outlook.
- Flexibel en bereid om in shiften te werken (geen nachtwerk).
- Bereid om om de vijf weken weekenddienst te draaien.
