Als Productiemanager leid je dagelijks de productie-activiteiten binnen een moderne voedingsproductiefaciliteit in Oost‑Vlaanderen. Je coacht een team van operators en teamleaders bij het realiseren van productiedoelstellingen zoals dagelijkse output, kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en Lean‑verbeteringen.
Je analyseert KPI’s zoals rendement, stilstand en afval, en neemt initiatieven voor continue verbeteringen. Je bent de verbindende factor tussen productie, technische dienst, kwaliteitscontrole en logistiek. Je stelt productieplanningen op, implementeert nieuwe productielijnen of automatiseringsoplossingen, en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het management. Dit is een ideale functie voor wie impact wil hebben in een snelgroeiende voedingsindustrieomgeving.
Profile Description : Algemene vereisten
- Bachelor of master in productietechniek, logistiek management of aansluiting door ervaring
- Ervaring in leiding van productie- of productietechnische teams, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector
- Sterk in analytische rapportering, KPI‑monitoring en procesoptimalisatie (Lean/5S bekendheid is een plus)
- Ervaring met ERP-software en geavanceerde Excel‑vaardigheden
- Resultaatgericht, probleemoplossend en flexibel ingesteld
- Communicatief sterk, teamgericht en coachend vermogen
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands; kennis van Engels of Frans is een voordeel
- Vast contract van onbepaalde duur in een stabiele en groeiende voedselproducent
