Voor ons team Logistiek & Distributie zoeken we: Productieplanner (2 shiften)
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
• Opstellen, coördineren en bijsturen van de productieplanning voor de verpakkingsafdeling.
• Zorgdragen dat grondstoffen, verpakkingsmaterialen, personeel en machines perfect op elkaar zijn afgestemd voor een efficiënt productieproces.
• Samenwerken met collega’s om te anticiperen op promoties, feestdagen en andere toekomstige behoeften.
• Bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en vooruitkijken naar mogelijke investeringen, zoals nieuwe verpakkingsmachines.
• Nauw contact onderhouden met andere afdelingen, zoals logistieke planning, en fungeren als back-up voor de teamleider productie indien nodig.
Profile Description :
Jouw ideale achtergrond
• Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in productieplanning.
• Je spreekt vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands en een basiskennis Engels.
• Je bent handig met Excel en ervaring met planningstools is een plus.
• Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en haalt energie uit het werken met cijfers en planningen.
• Je bent stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en in staat het overzicht te bewaren, zelfs onder druk.
• Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent commercieel ingesteld.
• Je bent flexibel om in shiften te werken (vroege 6-14u / late ploeg 14-22u) en af en toe in het weekend te werken.
