Purchase Assistant 

Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met een hands-on mentaliteit?

Ben jij op zoek naar een gevarieerde en dynamische functie waar geen dag hetzelfde is? Wij zoeken een Purchase Assistant om ons team in Beveren te versterken! In deze rol ben je zowel verantwoordelijk voor administratieve taken als operationele ondersteuning. Je komt terecht in een klein, gemotiveerd team waar je kunt rekenen op veel verantwoordelijkheid én ruimte voor groei.

Wat ga je doen?

Je functie is tweeledig:

1. Administratief: Je zorgt voor de opvolging van bestellingen en offertes, en onderhoudt de administratie rondom ons wagenpark en de bijbehorende sleutels.
2. Operationeel: Je regelt praktische zaken zoals broodjesbestellingen voor vergaderingen, beheert de voorraad bureaumaterialen en relatiegeschenken, en zorgt ervoor dat onze poolwagens altijd tiptop in orde zijn, inclusief het rijden naar de carwash.

Daarnaast fungeer je als back-up voor de receptionist, wat zorgt voor een mooie afwisseling in je werkdag.

Wie zoeken we?

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en gedreven collega die:

• Een nauwkeurige werkhouding heeft en streeft naar kwaliteit
• Communicatief sterk is en zich goed staande houdt in een dynamische omgeving
• Ervaring heeft met administratie en een goede basiskennis van Excel en andere MS Office-toepassingen
• Vloeiend Nederlands spreekt
• In het bezit is van een rijbewijs B
• Zelfstandig werkt, maar ook goed samenwerkt in een klein team
