Als Purchase Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor één of meerdere productcategorieën en beheer je het volledige aankoopproces: van leveranciersrelaties en onderhandelingen tot voorraadbeheer, ERP-opvolging en retourbeheer.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Onderhandelingen: Bespreken en optimaliseren van aankoopvoorwaarden met bestaande leveranciers en uitbouwen van samenwerkingen.
Leveranciersbeheer: Actief zoeken naar nieuwe leveranciers en opportuniteiten, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
Strategische aankoop: Zelfstandig beheren van aankopen binnen toegewezen categorieën.
Voorraadbeheer: Opvolgen van stock in het hoofdmagazijn en de filialen.
Orderopvolging: Logistiek correct opvolgen van inkooporders.
ERP-beheer: Up-to-date houden van leveranciers-, artikel- en logistieke data in het ERP-systeem.
Aftersales & Retouren: Centrale aanspreekpunt voor garantiegevallen, niet-stockartikelen en retouren richting leveranciers; verder uitbouwen en structureren van het retourbeheer.
Procesoptimalisatie: Meedenken over verbeteringen en efficiëntie binnen het aankoopproces.

Wie ben jij?

Opleiding: Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
Analytisch: Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en oog voor optimalisatie.
IT-vaardig: Uitstekende kennis van Office, vooral Excel; vlot met ERP-systemen.
Communicatief: Professionele gesprekspartner, zowel intern als extern.
Proactief: Neemt initiatief en werkt resultaatgericht.
Organisatorisch sterk: Houdt overzicht en combineert strategisch inzicht met operationele opvolging.
