Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Sales Manager voor een vooraanstaand bedrijf in de warehousing en distributie.

• Je bent het sleutelfiguur binnen de commerciële afdeling en stuurt mee de verschillende afdelingen aan zoals business development en accountmanagement.
• Je bent een expert in het commercieel onderhandelingsproces met zowel klanten als met leveranciers. Je bent van nature iemand die energie krijgt om met vele stakeholders samen te zitten en de beste mogelijke uitkomst te onderhandelen tot op het hoogste niveau.
• Je gaat de commerciële strategie vorm geven zowel op de korte- als lange termijn.
• Je zit regelmatig samen met de andere managers van diverse afdelingen om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.
• Je boekt resultaten samen met je team, waar je hen actief mee in betrekt in het procesmatige, je hen coacht en bijstuurt waar nodig

Je ideale achtergrond:

• Je hebt een bachelor of masterdiploma in een economische of logistieke richting.
• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol.
• Je bent een geboren commercieël talent en hebt een ondernemersmentaliteit.
• je bent oplossingsgericht, pro-actief en resultaatsgericht.
• Je bent een kei in plannen en organiseren en kan goed om met chaotische situaties.
• Je bent een natuurlijke leider, die luistervaardigheden heeft en een hecht team kan vormen.
• je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands/Engels, Frans is een enorm pluspunt.
