Voor ons team logistiek & distributie zoeken we: Ocean Export Team Lead
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
• Coördineren en opvolgen van exportzendingen (zeevracht) met focus op een vlotte en tijdige flow
• Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van het team, inclusief werkverdeling en begeleiding van nieuwe medewerkers
• Opstellen en controleren van transportdocumenten en correcte verwerking in systemen
• Onderhandelen met leveranciers (rederijen, transporteurs) en beheren van tarieven en capaciteit
• Zorgen voor correcte en tijdige facturatie en opvolging van klant- en leveranciersdossiers
• Bewaken van KPI’s, rapporteringen en operationele processen
• Actief bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en efficiëntieverbeteringen
• Onderhouden van sterke relaties met klanten, leveranciers en internationale partners
• Toezien op naleving van interne procedures en externe regelgeving (compliance)
Jouw ideale achtergrond:
• Opleiding in logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
• 2 à 3 jaar ervaring binnen ocean export, bij voorkeur in een coördinerende rol
• Vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels
• Sterke kennis van exportprocessen en internationale logistiek
• Goede IT-vaardigheden (MS Office, ERP-systemen)
• Leiderschapspotentieel en coachende ingesteldheid
• Sterk organisatorisch, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig
• Proactief, communicatief en oplossingsgericht
