Als Site Buyer in Menen neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over specifieke leverancierscategorieën en fungeer je als hoofdcontactpersoon voor deze leveranciers. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert aankoopstrategieën die zorgen voor verbetering in kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid, duurzaamheid en kostenefficiëntie.
Je analyseert markttrends en leveranciersprestaties en werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen zoals inkoop, kwaliteit, logistiek en productontwikkeling. Je ondersteunt ontwikkelingsprojecten en technisch materiaalonderzoek, en begeleidt nieuwe sourcingtrajecten vanaf aanbesteding tot contractondertekening en levering. Je rapporteert over KPI’s, identificeert verbetermogelijkheden en zet acties uit richting leveranciers.
In deze rol lever je een directe bijdrage aan de continue optimalisatie van de supply chain en bouw je mee aan langetermijnrelaties met strategische leveranciers.
Profile Description : Algemene vereisten
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in tactische of operationele aankoop binnen internationale of productielocaties
- Ervaring met onderhandelingen, contractmanagement en leveranciersontwikkeling
- Technisch inzicht en ervaring met complexe productcategorieën en sourcingprojecten
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en gestructureerde werkwijze
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans of Duits is een plus
- Proactief, communicatief sterk en zelfstandig kunnen werken in multidisciplinaire teams
- Bereidheid tot internationale contacten en reizen
