Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Leidinggeven en Inspireren: Je stuurt je team aan met passie en energie, waarbij je zorgt voor een positieve en productieve werkomgeving.
- Beleid Uitvoeren: Je vertaalt beleidsplannen naar concrete acties en resultaten.
- Middelen Beheren: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van gebouwen, terreinen, wagenpark, loods equipment en overige middelen.
- Samenwerken: Je onderhoudt nauw contact met interne opdrachtgevers en leveranciers om een soepele samenwerking te garanderen.
- Budget Bewaken: Het bewaken van het Operations/Support budget behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
- Milieuzorg: Je beheert het lokale milieuzorgsysteem en zorgt voor naleving van milieuregels.
- Kwaliteit Waarborgen: Je bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van alle bovenstaande aspecten.

Wat je kan verwachten:
- Leiderschapservaring: Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als supervisor in het aansturen van medewerkers en het implementeren van warehouseplannen.
- Organisatietalent: Jij bent een expert in het plannen en organiseren van afdelingsgerelateerde processen.

- Loonpakket: Een competitief salaris tussen €3400 en €5000/bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
