Als Supervisor Productie & Verpakking in Moeskroen ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt aansteken en begeleiden van jouw team binnen de productieomgeving. Je zorgt voor een vlotte werking van de productielijnen, bewaakt de productkwaliteit en minimaliseert stilstanden door snel in te grijpen en verbeteracties door te voeren.
Je waarborgt een veilige werkomgeving door actief toezicht te houden op de naleving van veiligheidsprocedures en het gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van een schone en hygiënische werkomgeving, en neem je gepaste maatregelen bij overtredingen.
Je ontwikkelt, begeleidt en beoordeelt medewerkers, stelt opleidingsbehoeften vast en organiseert teambriefings. Communicatie verloopt op een respectvolle manier, zowel binnen het team als met andere afdelingen. Je neemt deel aan vergaderingen en stelt rapporten op. Tevens draag je bij aan voortdurende verbeteringen en ondersteun je projecten binnen de productie- en verpakkingsafdeling.
Profile Description : Algemene vereisten
- Minimaal 15 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een productieomgeving
- Vloeiend in Nederlands of Engels
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Organisatorisch sterk, integer en een positieve houding
- Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en computervaardig
- Vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en activiteiten te coördineren
- Brede technische kennis en bereidheid om deze verder uit te breiden
- Werken in een snelgroeiende, financieel gezonde familieorganisatie
- Een afwisselende en uitdagende functie met een hoge mate van verantwoordelijkheid
- Mogelijkheid om een verschil te maken binnen de organisatie
- Beschikbare werkshifts: vaste nachtshift of weekenddagshift
- Focus op een veilige en duurzame werkomgeving met respect voor elkaar
