Als Supply Chain Manager ben jij de spil in het beheer en de optimalisatie van de end‑to‑end keten van aankoop tot levering binnen de voedingssector in Oost‑Vlaanderen. Je overziet de inkoop van grondstoffen en input, logistieke stromen, voorraadbeheer, productieplanning en distributie.
Je ontwikkelt en implementeert supply chain-strategieën die gericht zijn op kostenreductie, leverbetrouwbaarheid, en minimale voorraden. Jouw analytisch inzicht gebruik je om performance te monitoren via KPI’s zoals voorraadrotatie en discontinued stock, en je initieert continue verbeteringstrajecten zoals Lean en flow-optimalisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met aankoop, productie, logistiek, leveranciers en management.
Kandidaten die streven naar impact en strategie in supply chain binnen Food & Beverage, krijgen hier een rol met invloed en groeikansen.
Profile Description : Algemene vereisten
- Master of bachelor in logistiek, supply chain management, engineering of gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Meerdere jaren ervaring in supply chain of operations management binnen de voedingssector of FMCG
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met performance monitoring en ERP‑systemen
- Kennis van Lean, 5S, forecasting of demand planning is een plus
- Resultaatgericht, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
- Communicatief sterk met project- en teammanagementvaardigheden
- Nederlands en Engels vloeiend; kennis van Frans is een voordeel
- Strategische rol binnen een groeiende en innovatieve voedingsproductieomgeving
