Als Talent Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de talentstrategie binnen een internationale organisatie in Oost‑Vlaanderen. Je werkt samen met HR en ESG-leiderschap om projecten op te zetten rond werving, ontwikkeling, performance management en employer branding.
In jouw rol optimaliseer je het volledige talenttraject: van onboarding tot loopbaanontwikkeling en opvolging van high potentials. Je faciliteert leiderschapsprogramma’s, coachingtrajecten en e-learning initiatieven, binnen een cultuur die diversiteit, inclusie en medewerkerstevredenheid hoog in het vaandel draagt. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het HR-managementteam en speelt een sleutelrol in het realiseren van duurzame groei en betrokkenheid.
Profile Description : Algemene vereisten
- Masterdiploma in HR, organisatieontwikkeling, psychologie of aanverwant
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in Talent Management of HR Development binnen internationale context
- Sterk in strategisch denken én hands-on uitvoeren van HR-projecten
- Ervaring in performance- en succession management, coaching en L&D-trajecten
- Affiniteit met Employer Branding en D&I-initiatieven
- Vloeiend in het Engels; uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
- Zelfstarter met enthousiasme, visie en organisatiekracht
- Strategische HR-rol in een internationale context met duidelijke impact
