Transcon Agent:
Als Transcon Agent ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en opvolgen van geconsolideerde transportzendingen (import en export), waarbij je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning, correcte documentatie en een vlotte communicatie met klanten, leveranciers en transportpartners om een tijdige en kostenefficiënte levering te garanderen.
Jouw taken:
- Staat in voor de vlotte en tijdige afhandeling van transportstromen, inclusief correcte data-invoer, dossieropvolging (track & trace) en rapportering
- Coördineert leveringen en eventuele douaneafhandeling, met zorg voor correcte en tijdige facturatie van klanten en leveranciers
- Onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, leveranciers en transportpartners om een optimale service te garanderen
- Waakt over de naleving van procedures en KPI’s en ziet toe op correcte opvolging van klantafspraken en interne richtlijnen (DLSOP’s)
- Behandelt operationele vragen en e-mails tijdig en draagt bij aan een vlotte en sterke samenwerking binnen het netwerk
vereiste:
- 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in logistiek, bij voorkeur roadfreight
- Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Sterke communicatie- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden
- Proactief en goed georganiseerd
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Vlot in Nederlands en Engels
- Stressbestendig en flexibel bij veranderingen
- Nauwkeurig en detailgericht
- Proces- en klantgericht werken
- In staat om zelfstandig en in team te werken
